How to Delete Your Account In-App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Girnoma app. Follow these steps:

Open the Girnoma app
Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap the ⚙ Settings icon found in the bottom tab bar or profile menu.

Scroll to "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account.

Confirm deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear listing what will be deleted. Tap Yes, Delete My Account to confirm.

Deletion complete
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and you will be signed out automatically.

Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, submit a deletion request by email. Include your registered email address and the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

Deletion Timeline
Immediately upon confirmation
Account access is revoked. You are signed out. Your account is flagged for deletion.
Within 7 days
All personal data — recordings, transcriptions, notes, uploaded files, and profile information — is permanently deleted from primary servers.
Within 90 days
Any residual data in encrypted backup snapshots is purged as part of the regular backup rotation cycle.
After 90 days
No personally identifiable data linked to your account remains anywhere in Girnoma's systems.
